We strive to provide the best quality and valuable services to meet the needs of our customers as defined in the Sales of goods Act S14(2), Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and Lemon Law.
We offer 100% guarantee on all services within 7 days after they were performed. We will either re-do the service to your satisfaction, or provide full refund to you if you have paid for the service. Please keep in mind that certain services or treatments (for e.g. colour correction) usually require more than one service to achieve desired results and we will determine the guarantees. Due to the nature of colouring and treatment products, we cannot guarantee the colour services or treatments if the customer has previously done outside of our salon.
We offer a 5 working days cooling period, (excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays) during which customer may request for a full refund of all products and packages purchased.
All refunds will be made via cheque, (or visa card reversal) within 7 working days.
We accept original salon vouchers which have to be presented prior to the service.
We do not perform pressure selling by the staff during the service & in the treatment room.
We will honour all prices stated in the salon menu, website, brochures, advertisement & promotion which includes 7% GST.
We will display all the discounted prices clearly in the salon.
We accept payment mode in cash (SGD), Nets, Visa, Master, Amex & cheque.
We do not over or under charge & we ensure correct change is returned to the customers.
We will inform and seek customer approval of the price before any additional and top up services or change of product.
We will honour the prices quoted at the time of booking for treatments & salon packages & other related services.
