Terms And Conditions
1) Arriving Late: If you are running late please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to accommodate your hair needs as best we can. We can’t guarantee we can perform the full service you are booked in for as we have to work around the schedules & needs of other clients in the salon also.
2) Cancellations/Reschedules/No Shows: We are committed to providing you with the most professional service whilst in our salon to ensure your time with us is enjoyable & relaxing. We understand you can’t always keep your appointment times as things come up unexpectedly. We do kindly ask for 24 hours notice should you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you don’t turn up for your appointment you may be asked to pay a deposit prior to your next appointment.
3) All prices are subject to change depending on the length and thickness of your hair.
4) Perm bookings must be confirmed within 2 days of the scheduled appointment or the appointment may be cancelled.
5) All of our prices are inclusive of NETS / Merchant Facility fee costs.
6) All disputes must be raised within 7 working days.
7) All prices are exclusive of GST.
