Terms And Conditions

1) Arriving Late: If you are running late please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to accommodate your hair needs as best we can. We can’t guarantee we can perform the full service you are booked in for as we have to work around the schedules & needs of other clients in the salon also.

2) Cancellations/Reschedules/No Shows: We are committed to providing you with the most professional service whilst in our salon to ensure your time with us is enjoyable & relaxing. We understand you can’t always keep your appointment times as things come up unexpectedly. We do kindly ask for 24 hours notice should you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you don’t turn up for your appointment you may be asked to pay a deposit prior to your next appointment.

3) All our hair services will include a complimentary wash-blow-dry-styling.

4) For hair colour services, if additional services such as toner or bond builder treatment are needed, the price will be advised accordingly for consent during consultation.

5) All disputes must be raised within 7 working days.

6) All prices will be subjected to 9% GST.

7) Your stylist will assess your hair length and thickness with you before starting, and provide a quotation for your approval before the service begins.
Hair Length Categories for Pricing:
Short (S): Above the chin
Medium (M): Between chin and collarbone/shoulders
Long (L): Below shoulders, up to mid-back (bra-strap length)
Extra-Long (XL): Beyond mid-back/bra-strap, reaching the waist or longer
Note: Hair thickness and density may affect the final price.
