Booking, Pricing & Service Policy

1) Late Arrival
If you expect to arrive late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, late arrival may require your service to be shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled in order to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients. In such cases, the full booked service may no longer be possible.

2) Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to manage our schedule fairly and offer the appointment time to other clients. Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice, or who repeatedly cancel or reschedule at short notice, may be required to place a deposit to secure future bookings.

3) Wash, Blow-Dry & Styling
All hair services include a complimentary wash, blow-dry, and professional styling unless otherwise stated.

4) Colour Service Consultation & Additional Services
For colour services, your stylist will carry out a consultation before the service begins. Where additional services are recommended to achieve or protect the result safely and properly, such as toner, bond-building treatment, or other technical add-ons, the pricing will be clearly advised during consultation and only carried out with your approval.

5) Service Concerns / Adjustments
If you have any concerns regarding your service, please let us know within 7 working days of your appointment so that we may review the matter promptly and, where appropriate, advise on the next steps. Concerns raised after this period may not be eligible for complimentary review or adjustment.

6) GST
Prices may be viewed either inclusive or exclusive of 9% GST using the pricelist toggle.

7) Hair Length Assessment & Pricing
Before your service begins, your stylist will assess your hair length and thickness with you and provide a clear quotation for your approval.

Hair Length Categories
Short (S): Above the chin
Medium (M): Between the chin and collarbone/shoulders
Long (L): Below the shoulders, up to mid-back / bra-strap length
Extra Long (XL): Beyond mid-back / bra-strap length, up to the waist

Pricing Clarification
Please note that the prices listed on our standard pricelist are based on hair lengths from Short (S) to Long (L). Hair in the Extra Long (XL) category, as well as hair extending beyond the waist, will be priced separately, as these lengths typically require substantially more time, product, and technical handling. Additional surcharges may also apply for extra thickness where applicable.
