Our Commitment to Clarity

Late Arrival
If you expect to arrive late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, late arrival may require your service to be shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled so as not to disrupt the appointments of other clients. In such cases, the full booked service may no longer be possible.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
We kindly require at least 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to manage our schedule fairly and offer the time to other clients. Clients who do not attend without prior notice, or who repeatedly cancel at short notice, may be required to place a deposit to secure future bookings.

Wash, Blow-Dry & Styling
All hair services include a complimentary wash, blow-dry, and professional styling unless otherwise stated. We believe the finishing is as important as the service itself — you will always leave looking your finest.

Colour Service Consultation
For all colour services, your stylist will carry out a thorough consultation before beginning. Where additional services are recommended to achieve or protect your result — such as toner, bond-building treatment, or technical add-ons — the pricing will be clearly advised during consultation and carried out only with your approval.

Service Concerns & Adjustments
If you have any concerns regarding your service, please let us know within 7 working days of your appointment so we may review the matter promptly and, where appropriate, advise on the next steps. Concerns raised after this period may not be eligible for complimentary review or adjustment.

GST
All prices may be viewed either inclusive or exclusive of 9% GST using the toggle at the top of this pricelist. Our team is happy to clarify pricing at any time — simply ask during your consultation.

Hair Length Assessment & Pricing
Before your service begins, your stylist will assess your hair length and thickness with you and provide a clear quotation for your approval. Standard pricelist pricing applies to hair lengths from Short (S) to Long (L). Hair in the Extra Long (XL) category, and hair extending beyond the waist, will be priced separately — these lengths typically require substantially more time, product, and technical handling. Additional surcharges may apply for extra thickness where applicable.
